COMELT at the K 2025 – Hall 1, Booth C88:
- Exhibited at the booth:
- High-technology extrusion die coflex with a width of 800 mm
- Feed block for innovative multi-layer films
At the K 2025, in Hall 1, Booth C88, COMELT introduces the coflex high-technology extrusion die with a width of 800 mm. The solution convinces by an extremely quick, solid and highly precise automatic profile adjustment during operation and offers decisive advantages, especially for film producers.
Quick profile adjustment, maximum machine running time
The coflex enables manual or automatic adjustments of the product thickness within seconds – with an adjustment range of +/- 3.0 mm. The central quick adjustment of the lower die lip is highly precise, smooth-running and requires little maintenance. Thanks to a perfect thickness profile, maximum machine running time by reduced set-up times as well as material savings and thus higher efficiency, producers benefit from the optimized product quality.
In the COMELT portfolio, now, the maximum die width is 4000 mm.
COMELT slot dies – flexible and versatile
The COMELT range includes slot dies from 150 to 3,000 mm, made of standard or chromium steel, if desired, with special coatings such as chromium nitride. Besides mono, coex, and multi-manifold slot dies, also feed blocks, sheet and blown dies as well as spinnerets are part of the range of products. Customers can choose from a wide variety of features such as restriction bars, deckling or auto die systems for thermal bolts.
Feed block for innovative multi-layer films
At the booth, you can also see a feed block for the production of multi-layer films. COMELT feed block systems are variable and enable customers to design innovative film structures from pilot plant scale to production scale.
Worldwide sales via NGA Group
The COMELT extrusion dies as well as feed blocks are manufactured in Inzersdorf/Austria. Development, design and international sales is realised by Next Generation Analytics GmbH (NGA) in Grieskirchen/Austria. NGA is responsible for the worldwide marketing of the high-tech dies and is part of the NGA Group with locations in the USA, Singapore and India as well as the affiliated companies COLLIN Lab & Pilot Solutions and BritAS Recycling.
